More shipping updates
over 1 year ago – Fri, Jul 29, 2022 at 05:43:41 AM

Hi folks! Maz here, with another shipping update for those of you still awaiting your parcels. Once again, we're really sorry about the delays we've experienced here and we're doing our best to get the remaining parcels finished and sent out. I wanted to give you a proper update as to what's going on - we've had some movement but we're still not finished.

US & Canadian backers - unfortunately our Conspiracy Kit ran into more issues at the US border, but has now finally cleared customs and is with the warehouse. If your order included a physical copy of the Conspiracy Kit, then it will ship out over the next 2-3 weeks - folks at the warehouse were hoping to get these out before the rush around Gen Con, but because of the extra customs checks there's now a clash and they need a little more time to make sure the orders go out correctly.

Please note that if your order didn't include the Conspiracy Kit and you live in the US or Canada, then you should have received it already. If that's not the case, drop us a line at [email protected] and we will sort it.

Everyone else - our UK warehouse has been hit with several waves of Covid and IT issues, but has been packing and sending steadily for the last two weeks. A lot of orders have been split into two parcels in order to reduce risk of damage or deal with weight challenges. We believe we have about 30 orders yet to be completed, mostly partial sends to countries in the EU or to Australia. We're speaking with the UK warehouse every day at the moment to keep on top of what's happening, and we will continue to do so until every order is complete.

If you have specific concerns about your order, please do get in touch. All three of us will be at Gen Con and travelling from August 1 -12, but we will be monitoring email as much as possible and will do our best to respond. We know the status of all your packages, and we've manually checked all orders outside of the US to ensure that they are all in the system somewhere, even if they've not yet gone out. And our guarantees about damages still stand - if you receive your book and you're not happy with the condition in which it's arrived, drop us a line at [email protected] and we will try to make it right.

Shipping update, also the ENnies
almost 2 years ago – Wed, Jul 20, 2022 at 03:14:56 AM

Hello folks,

Some words on shipping from our logistics master Maz Hamilton:
1. If you ordered an Adrian Stone art print, or if your parcel came with the Spire newspaper clippings from the original Kickstarter - those items are shipping out separately.

2. US orders - the only ones that haven't been sent now should be ones containing the Conspiracy Kit. We've had a minor customs challenge with those - there's a batch currently in Montreal which we hope will clear into the US in a few days' time, and from there your parcels should start to ship out next week.

3. UK, EU and ROW orders - there are about 100 or so remaining to dispatch, and we're working through those with our fulfilment partner on Thursday.

4. Generally, if you haven't had a tracking code sent to you yet, it should be happening within the next two weeks, so please bear with us while we get these last bits sorted.

Thank you all for your patience - we've really had some problems getting this one finished.

IN OTHER NEWS Sin was nominated for an ENnie Award, which is nice, isn't it? If you enjoyed Sin (I mean, assuming you received your copy before now, again can't thank you enough for the patience) then you can vote for it to win here

That's all for now. We're going to be at Gen Con in just under two weeks (agh!) so if you're there, do swing by our stall in Entrepreneur's Avenue and say hello.

Cheers,

- Grant (and everyone else at RRD)

Postage delays
almost 2 years ago – Thu, Jun 23, 2022 at 09:23:43 AM

Hello! So:

We've had some delays with distribution, as many of you may have realised, as you don't currently possess your books. Our postal partner Mail Workshop has been unable to handle all the work on the schedule that we had originally scheduled thanks to an unexpected glut of orders and the fact that the person in charge of getting our stuff in boxes and out the door is currently in hospital.

We're doing everything we can to get your books out as soon as possible. At present, about 50% of your orders have been fulfilled, and we expect the remainder of you to receive your books within the next 2-4 weeks. We'll update you with more information as and when we know it.

TWO OTHER THINGS

US backers who ordered art prints will receive those separately, so don't worry if they're not present in your initial order (or they turn up on their own).

Those of you who ordered newspaper clippings will also receive those separately. Once we've made the shipment we'll post an update letting you know that they're on their way.

-

That's all for now. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news. It's been great to see those of you who have received your books enjoy them, and I'm really proud to be able to share these beautiful things with people. Thank you all for your patience, and if you have any queries, please feel free to drop us an email ([email protected]) and we'll have a chat.

North American postage happening NOW
almost 2 years ago – Wed, Jun 08, 2022 at 03:40:36 PM

Postage update:

- We have received reports that orders have begun to arrive with customers in the USA. Which is nice!

- UK & ROW orders are still processing, and next batch will go out on Friday.

- Larger orders are taking longer so please don't worry too much if you don't have a shipping code yet; it's all happening.

Thanks all for your patience!

Delivery Update
almost 2 years ago – Fri, May 27, 2022 at 08:50:51 PM

Americans! Canadians! Other folks on that general... landmass!

Your books are through customs and en route to our distribution centre (or distribution center, as most of you lot would probably say) and we're going to start shipping them out to you as soon as we can shove them into appropriate envelopes and slap some postage on them.

TO THAT END we will be locking down your addresses THIS SUNDAY so if you want to modify your address at all, do it before then. Do it NOW.

(Everyone else - we've started sending your books out in batches, because there's a lot of them to send out and some of you ordered a bunch of different things, so it's taking a while. But we're getting there!)

Wonderful stuff.
